Legal
This policy explains how Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd ("Azury Digital", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data in connection with Tiny Treasurer, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
Your club's books stay on your PC. Tiny Treasurer is offline Windows software. The accounts, members and financial records you keep in it are stored only on your own computer — they are never uploaded to us or to any cloud. We do not collect, see, hold or track your club's data. The only information we process is the small amount needed to sell you a licence, activate it, and take payment.
Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales (company number 13446812). Our registered office is 23a The Precinct, London Road, Waterlooville, PO7 7DT. You can contact us about privacy at info@azurydigital.co.uk.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) under registration reference ZC188926.
The whole point of Tiny Treasurer is that your records belong to you and stay with you. Everything you enter — your members, subscriptions, income, expenses, Gift Aid figures and statements — is saved as a file on your own Windows PC. It is not sent to us, it is not synced to a cloud service, and there is no online account holding it. Because we never receive this data, we are not the controller or processor of it; you remain fully in control of your own records.
To sell you a licence and keep it working, we process a minimal amount of personal data:
We do not collect your club's accounts, your members' details, or any of the data you keep inside the app.
When you activate Tiny Treasurer, and occasionally afterwards, the app contacts our licensing server to confirm your licence is valid. This exchange carries only your licence key and device identifier — never your club's data. Aside from these lightweight checks, the app runs entirely offline.
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The Tiny Treasurer desktop app does not use cookies and does not track you.
We never sell your data. We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business, acting as our processors: Stripe (payments) and Fasthosts (website hosting and email). We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
The limited licence and purchase data we hold is kept securely, encrypted in transit, and access is tightly limited. Your club's own records are never in our possession — they remain on your PC, under your control. See our Security page for more.
We keep the personal data we do hold only for as long as needed to provide your licence and to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@azurydigital.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
