These terms govern your use of Tiny Treasurer, software provided by Azury Digital & Tech Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 13446812), registered office 23a The Precinct, London Road, Waterlooville, PO7 7DT. By installing or using Tiny Treasurer you agree to these terms.
Tiny Treasurer is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable annual licence to install and use Tiny Treasurer for keeping your club, society or charity's accounts.
Your licence covers use on up to 2 of your own devices. You can release a device from your account to move the software to a new PC.
The software is activated with a licence key and checks in with our licensing server from time to time to confirm the licence is valid. This check carries only your licence key and device identifier — never your accounts data.
You are never locked out of your own records. If your annual licence expires or is not renewed, Tiny Treasurer switches to read-only mode: you can still open, view, print and export everything you've entered. To resume adding and editing entries, simply renew your licence.
Your accounts and records are stored only on your own computer and remain entirely yours. We do not receive, host or hold this data (see our Privacy Policy). Because your data lives on your PC, you are responsible for keeping your own backups — we strongly recommend you do so regularly. You are also responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for any legal obligations relating to the information you keep about your members.
You agree not to copy, resell, sub-license, rent out, reverse-engineer or attempt to defeat the licensing of the software, or use it for anything unlawful. The licence is for your organisation's own accounting use.
While your licence is active we provide updates and friendly support. We may release updates that improve, change or add features, and occasionally retire features that are no longer supported.
If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and (where they apply) your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Note that where you ask us to supply digital content or begin a service immediately, your cancellation rights may be limited once download or activation has started. A free trial is offered so you can evaluate the software before you buy.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe. The licence is charged annually at the price shown at purchase and, where you opt for automatic renewal, renews at the same interval until cancelled; you can cancel to stop future renewals. Prices are in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
We (or our licensors) own all intellectual property in Tiny Treasurer and its content. Your licence gives you the right to use the software — it does not transfer any ownership to you.
We provide the software with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data caused by factors outside our reasonable control. As your records are stored on your own device, keeping your own backups is essential. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
You can stop using Tiny Treasurer at any time. We may suspend or end your licence if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached; you may keep read-only access to your own records where technically possible.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
